Le bureau de Kemperle Rando est composé de dix membres élus en assemblée générale pour un mandat de trois ans.
Le bureau est renouvelé annuellement par tiers.
Chaque année, trois membres terminent leur mandat et trois nouveaux membres sont élus (nouveaux candidats ou renouvellement de mandat).
A l’issue de l’assemblée générale, le nouveau bureau se réunit pour répartir les fonctions.
